Bookings and Confirmation

Bookings may be made through the website, phone, or WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from Haramain Cars. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, travel details, and contact information.

Pricing

Prices are determined based on route, vehicle class, and service type. All prices communicated to the customer are subject to confirmation. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended waiting time, or changes to the original booking.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Haramain Cars reserves the right to require advance or full payment before service delivery. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellations and Refunds
